Please note that the service has a limit of 100 subscribers at any one time. This is designed to protect prices. If we have reached our subscriber limit when we receive your subscription payment, we will offer you option to either go on our waiting list or to receive a refund.

MEMBERSHIP OPTIONS - WITH OR WITHOUT AUTO BET PLACEMENT SOFTWARE

Memberships are available for 1 month, 3 months, 6 months or one year, either with or without our auto bet placement software. The longer the membership you take, the cheaper it becomes on a daily cost basis. Where you opt for a non software subscription, you will receive access to our daily selections on a private webpage. If you take a subscription which includes software then you will still have access to our private selections webpage but, most importantly, our lay selections will automatically download themselves every day into your copy of the software.

As a Laybets subscriber, you will also receive free backing bets from us on a unique and highly profitable method we have developed based on years of research. We do all the work for you, leaving you to make the profits.

Selections on our new method first went public on 1st August 2008 and were fine tuned from 26th September 2008 to only include selections with a minimum Betfair SP of 8.6. We expect these high priced, value bets to make substantial long term profits so keep your eyes peeled on our Results page for full details of their performance.

Our auto bet software option makes following our lay bets even easier - a full auto pilot option. Please note that all of our lay selections are subject to qualifying Starting Price ranges. In other words, for a selection to qualify, its on-course/bookmakers' price (NOT Betfair price) must fall within a stated range, immediately prior to race time. To our knowledge, our auto bet software is the ONLY BETTING BOT ON THE MARKET which will filter lay selections based on bookmakers'/on course SPs rather than Betfair prices.

If you've never subscribed to Laybets before or taken part in a free trial, then our starter package could be ideal for you. It will give you a chance to try the service at half our usual price. You'll receive all the same selections as our full members so there are no catches. Do remember that this offer is only available to first time subscribers. PAYMENT METHODS:

You may pay us by clicking on the button next to the subscription you require. We use the secure online payments system Nochex. Nochex accepts most major credit and debit cards and uses full encryption security. Nochex does not offer automatic renewal subscriptions so, to renew your membership, you will need to make a further payment.

We can also accept payment by cheque, bankers draft, postal orders or cash. We strongly recommend that cash, bankers drafts or uncrossed postal orders be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery as we cannot be held responsible for items which go missing in the post. If you are paying by cheque or postal order, do allow sufficient time for your payment (a) to reach us and (b) to clear. This will generally take around 8 to 9 days from when you post your cheque or postal order.

TERMS

• Membership will only commence once payment has reached us and cleared. Where payment is made through Nochex, this is immediate.

• In order to keep administration costs to a minimum, which, in turn, enables us to keep down subscription prices, all memberships will run from the 1st day of the calendar month of purchase until the last day of the calendar month of expiry and are non refundable. If you join mid-month, you will need to pay for a full month. All subscriptions are payable in advance. However, subscribers wishing to join part way through a calendar month can email us by clicking HERE and we will send you a pro rata quote for a membership extension. For example, a subscriber who wishes to join for one month on 15th March will be given a quote for a membership expiring on 30th April. The cost of this will broadly equate to a 6 week charge, thus providing full value.
